G’day! I am Simon, the owner of SPF Projects – I opened my business in 2005 after a number of years working in gyprock for another company. I saw an opportunity to use my skillset to create my own business, and I haven’t looked back.   
 
Since commencement, we have grown considerably and worked on many residential and commercial projects. The SPF team provides services including gyprock, framing, flushing, fixing, fitting doors and windows, lining sheds, soundproofing, fireproofing, and general maintenance.  
 
Since a young age, maybe 2-3 years old, I have been pulling things apart and understanding how they work. I enjoy watching a space transform – initially, it doesn’t have much life, but it is almost unrecognisable once the job is complete. I thoroughly enjoy problem solving and helping people – we have many happy customers and it’s great to be able to give them a positive building experience.  
 
People often ask me, ‘how do I fix this?’. To patch even a simple gyprock hole, understanding the steps and techniques and having the suitable materials make all the difference to the finish.
